[ Billy is staring at Kieren as the other speaks. Not because he thinks anything is off - he's buying the act, especially since Kieren is pulling it off well enough - but because he actually does seem a little concerned in the face of everything Kieren is saying here. Billy may not be the most expressive of people, but his eyebrows are slowly knitting together into a small frown of concern, the more he hears the other say. ]

Yes. [ He then slowly says. ] The same thing happened to Cornelius the other month.

[ Not that Billy ever figured out it was a shadow, like Kieren says right now, but he does recognize the rest of what is being described here. Being so tired that Hickey didn't even want to come out of bed anymore. ]

But.. he seems his usual self again by now. He doesn't seem tired at all. [ But.. if it's not the after effects of that bothering Kieren, then what is? It has to be something about this place, if Kieren is actually sleeping well enough. ] Are you feeling ill, perhaps?

[ Billy reaches out with one hand, almost instinctively - especially when he never has anyone but Hickey here with him in this house - and then realises he almost had physical contact with a guy who isn't his lover, making his hand awkwardly hover in the air without actually touching Kieren right away. ]
